Global Asset Management Firm “NextRock Investment Group” to Rebrand as “NextRock & Co.”

NextRock & Co. announced today that it will rebrand from “NextRock Investment Group” to “NextRock & Co.” as its official trade name moving forward.

The New York City–based firm will continue to use its original legal name in regulatory and corporate documentation; however, the transition to “NextRock & Co.” reflects the firm’s broader long-term strategic positioning and future expansion plans.

The company is currently preparing the launch of its insurance, credit, and holding platforms, which are expected to be introduced in the coming months.

NextRock & Co. is also expected to unveil members of its founding team during its inaugural investor presentation event scheduled to take place in Tokyo later this year.
